Supporting You
The RAF Central Fund Enrichment Grant Programme supports personnel on a larger scale, traditionally awarding bids to stations and units to benefit the maximum number of personnel.
As a charity, it is vital to us that we continue to understand and respond to the evolving needs of the serving RAF community. We work to gain a better understanding of how the challenges of service life affect the RAF community with regards to health and fitness and tailor our support accordingly.
Our grants team will work closely with you to ensure your tailored application is complete and ready for consideration by the Grants Committee. Applications may require significant support and therefore please do factor in sufficient time for this in advance of any deadlines.
Objectives
- Increase the number of serving personnel participating in sport and physical activities
- Increase the provision of sport and physical activity opportunities on stations and units
- Provide an opportunity for RAF serving personnel to detach from operational demands
- Provide positive experiences to support an increased sense of wellbeing
- Provide an increased sense of inclusivity within the RAF serving community
- Ensure RAF serving personnel feel valued
