RAF Sport Association Booking Process
To ensure the best use of facilities and funding available, please follow the three simple steps below to arrange your RAF Sport Association group bookings.

Check Military Accommodation
RAF Sport Associations should first contact Stations/Units local to the competition or event to request accommodation.
If military accommodation is unavailable, please email confirmation of this to:
Directorate of RAF Sport (DRS).

Eligibility Confirmation
Once confirmed, DRS will notify the RAF Central Fund that the Association may seek a non-military solution.
The Association can then request a quote from SportsHotels.com via The Sports Desk or Central Fund Booking Platform below.

Funding Solutions
With the appropriate approvals in place, Associations may opt to use their RAFCF grant funding to book accommodation (normally outside standard policy).
Any remaining funding gaps should be discussed with the grants department.
