The aim of the RAF Judo Association is the promote the Olympic sport of judo throughout the Royal Air Force, from service personnel wanting to try the sport for the first time through to masters (over 30) players and international competitors.
There are RAF Station clubs at Honington, Marham, and Waddington where service personnel will be made most welcome, and we maintain strong links with local civilian clubs.
We hold regular events throughout the year, normally based at RAF Cosford with travel to competitions, and overseas visits. The Festival of Judo, usually held in September, culminates in the RAF Championships. At the Festival we make a special effort to attract beginners to the sport but players of all levels are welcome.
