RAFLA aims for a successful service Lacrosse team, fostering the development of individuals and the growth of the sport within the military and the wider community.

RAFLA exist to increase the participation in Lacrosse in a safe and structured manner. As players, coaches and officials develop they will embrace the shared passion of the Lacrosse experience. This in turn will allow us to achieve a high level of competitive success. The association proudly promote the values of Sportmanship, Integrity, Teamwork, Loyalty, Physical Effort and Enjoyment.
