RAF Rugby League Association

The primary aim of the Royal Air Force Rugby League Association (RAFRLA) is to increase the efficiency of the Royal Air Force (RAF) by providing the opportunity for personnel to play Rugby League (RL), thereby improving physical fitness and nurturing an esprit de corps amongst its members. To achieve its primary aims the goals of the RAF RL Association are:

  1. To encourage RL as a sport in the RAF.
  2. To act as a central control body for RL in the RAF.
  3. To promote and arrange Inter-Station, Inter Corps (RAF Regiment), Heritage and Inter-Service matches and competitions.
  4. To select teams to represent the RAF in all competitions.
  5. To select players to participate in the United Kingdom Armed Forces RL teams.
